To strengthen its product quality foundation and enhance competitiveness, Fujian Jinjiang Huahui Handbag Co., Ltd. officially launched its 2025 “Quality Month” campaign. The initiative includes quality training, standardized inspections, process improvement, random quality checks, and QC case sharing sessions, covering R&D, procurement, production, and quality control.
During the opening ceremony, the Quality Director reviewed the company’s recent progress in quality system development and outlined the core objectives of the campaign: improving process consistency, reducing rework rates, and fostering company-wide quality awareness. Production and quality teams shared real cases, helping employees better understand root-cause analysis and improvement actions.
Throughout the month, the company will offer multiple training sessions, including craftsmanship standards, basic quality management, on-site problem identification, and improvement techniques. Special inspections on key production processes will be conducted to ensure compliance with standards.
The Quality Month campaign reinforces Huahui’s commitment to providing stable and high-quality products to global customers through systematic and standardized quality management practices.
