To enhance communication, collaboration, and execution capabilities, Fujian Jinjiang Huahui Handbag Co., Ltd. organized a team-building program in 2025 under the theme “Together We Achieve More.” Employees from production, administration, sales, R&D, and quality departments participated in a day of interactive and engaging activities.
The program featured various team-oriented tasks, including ice-breaking games, cooperative ball-passing, blindfolded formation walking, team puzzle challenges, and competitive obstacle courses. These activities tested the team’s communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and coordination. Employees encouraged one another, gradually building stronger trust and teamwork.
During the lunch break, the company prepared meals for participants, allowing everyone to relax and communicate freely. At the end of the program, participants reflected on their experiences and discussed how the lessons learned could be applied to workplace collaboration.
The team-building event successfully relieved stress, strengthened interdepartmental communication, and enhanced team cohesion, supporting the company’s long-term development and daily operational efficiency.
